A: Registered users have a lifetime of free upgrades. Just download the the new version and install it.

Q: What Window operating systems does SB Hexadecimal Editor, and SB-MD5 run on?
A: Our products are designed to run on Windows 2000 through Windows 7. SB Hexadecimal Editor will run on Windows 98 and up.
Q: Is SB-Hexadecimal and SB-MD5 safe to use?
A: Our products are designed from the ground up to be safe and secure to use. Our software contains no Spyware, Adware, or viruses.
Q: I received an error Error saving registration information. (1303) How do I resolve this?
A: SB-Hexadecimal Editor needs to run in Administrator Mode. To do this, right click the SB-Hexadecimal Editor icon on your desktop. Select Properties, select Compatibility tab and Check Run this program as an Administrator then click Apply button. Rerun SB-Hexadecimal Editor it will work fine now.
Q: I have upgraded my computer and want to transfer my license to my new machine. How do I do that?
A: Just email email@example.com and send your new Evaluation ID and Machine ID as well as your email address that was used to originally buy your first license and your current email address if it is different than the one you used to purchase the first license, and we will send you your new Registration ID.
Q: Why don't my Registration Code immediately come when I submit my order?
A: We currently don't have an automated sales system. Rest Assured, we will get you your registration code as soon as possible.
You will receive your Registration Code within two business days. However, in most cases, you should have the Registration Code within a few hours.
